Daily Duties at Limited Brands:
Provide financial support and analysis for specific areas of enterprise Information Technology, including budgeting and forecasting of annual operating expenditures, month end close and preparation of quarterly allocation costs to brands. • Develop annual budgets totaling approximately $50MM+ while working with leadership to reduce spending year over year. • Prepare time sensitive adhoc and monthly variance analysis against budget/forecast and prior years. • Facilitate chargeback and billing processes of $70MM+ quarterly allocations costs and communication to brand senior executives. • Assist with Accounting close by reviewing monthly costs averaging $6MM+. • Liaison with Fixed Asset accounting team to ensure divisional assets are properly in service and accounted for. • Collaborate with Procurement and Contracts group to manage purchase orders, payments and statements of work.
