Daily Duties at Morrison Management Specialist:
Directed and supervised hospital food service for Morrison Management Specialist cliental; Owensboro Mercy Hospital (Owensboro KY), Brentwood Medical Center (Birmingham, Al), Behavioral Health Institute (Las Vegas, NM), Lovelace Medical Center (Albuquerque, NM) Corporate Trainer, opened several new restaurants; ordered and maintained inventory of all food, beverage and supplies. Successfully organized publicity through campaigns and promotion that increased sales and popularity within the local community. Overseen all Production & Retail operation for the Spice of Life Cafeteria and Internal & External caterings. Plan and implement all production schedules, recipes for the kitchen menu, team members work schedules. Program all nutritional information for low calorie menus and healthy choice entrée's. Provided recipes and production cost forecast as well as research all new product information for menu and recipes. Overseen all ordering of subsistence from outside vendor as well as marinating proper store room par levels. Instructed class in sanitation and safety and developed all safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance programs. Implemented and overseen the remodeling of the cafeteria. Ensured proper fire and safety standards and the instillation of all equipment were up to State and City code. Ensured health and sanitation standards meet State and City health codes. . Train and manage employees, supervisors and production staff in preparation of food for patients, cafeteria patrons and internal & external caterings events.
