Daily Duties at Cyhawk Hospitality :
Coordinates meal planning and supervise production to assure quality and that recipes and menus are followed in accordance with federal, State, and Food Services Branch rules and regulations. Establishes and maintains appropriate restaurant sanitation, safe working conditions, and proper food handling practices and procedures in the food processing. Plans and directs the ordering, receipt, inspection, storage, and inventory control of food products and supplies used in the restaurant, and maintains contact with vendor representatives to assure accurate and timely deliveries. Inspect food and food preparation to maintain the highest quality standards while adhering to all sanitation regulations. Directs the cleaning and maintenance, including preventive maintenance, of food processing equipment, food preparation areas, and facilities. Comply with Food Brand and franchise standard operating procedures and all applicable regulatory agencies.
