Facilitate/coordinate activities of the global mfg. IT senior mgmt. staff, including oversight of the Program Management Office. Main driver of the lean program leading a global team focused on rapid application support, development and deployment in facilities located in Arizona, Texas, France, Japan, Malaysia & China while functioning as Chief of Operations supervising Service Delivery Managers (Wafer Fabs, Probe, Assembly, Final test and Packaging) in the same sites, 48 managers and staff. Responsible for the Global Help Desk. Reported to Global Manufacturing IT Director.
