Daily Duties at United States Air Force:
SENIOR RECRUITER for 1800 square mile zone, inclusive of inner city and rural areas; responsible for recruitment of applicants for open positions. Attended job fairs at area high schools, vocational schools, community colleges, and universities. Managed lead sources, conducted advertising & promotions program, and maintained a public relations campaign with schools, communities, local media, and service organizations. Attended conferences to disseminate information concerning possible job openings and career opportunities. Interviewed applicants to obtain information on work history, training, and education to prepare enlistment and officer personal information files for entry into the US Air Force.
