Daily Duties at United States Air Force:
PROFESSIONAL RECRUITER; Member of a six-man team responsible for recruiting HIGH VOLUMES of health-care professionals. Certified recruiter within all health-care fields; responsible for accession of high-quality/diverse physician candidates to meet Air Force manpower needs. Aggressively researched area of responsibility in seven state region, inclusive of all educational institutions and medical facilities. BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS SALES essential for recruiting activities; worked with Universities and Program Directors on a regular basis. Scheduled frequent recruiting visits to give compelling speeches/professional presentations for staff, students, residents, and specialized physicians.. Conducted direct mail operations, prospecting campaigns, and visits to colleges, job fairs, professional networks, and conferences to attract and recruit qualified personnel. Guided candidates through application and orientation lifecycles, ensuring smooth transition.
