Daily Duties at Mystikal Mortgage Group, Inc.:

Establish company from inception. Establish and maintain operational controls and standards. Establish and maintain reationships with lenders, real estate brokers, appraisers, title companies/attorneys, and borrowers. Interview, hire (or termination), along with management and supervision of staff of 16 - 25. Started from zero cash flow and zero pipeline to a range of 30 - 60 loans per month personally, plus any additional loans from the hired sales staff.
