Daily Duties at The Clayton Group, Inc.:

Served as Project Manager and/or Team Lead on multiple contractural assignments over my tenure. Provided leadership, management, mentoring, recommended hiring and/or termination of Contractural Underwriters. Performed final review of underwritten loans, approved exceptions, approved purchase or acceptance of the loans or declined the acquisition of the each loan while ensuring in met investor guidelines (multiple investors/banks/financial institutions), pricing, policies, credit, collateral, equity, and overall risk level, and ensured in compliance with all Federal and State (all states). Prepared and submitted daily reporting requirements back to the company or directly to each client assigned. This varied based on the assignment and Contractural Agreement with the client. Managed remote site set-ups or direct site set-ups and final closure/exit process. Performed exit conferences with all clients at completion of assignment, which included meeting with high level management, preparing and providing reports, and finalize all negotiations of the acquisition.
