Daily Duties at Department Of The Army:
Plan, schedule, assign, and review the work of all instructors assigned to New Instructor Training Course, guaranteeing 100% Subject Matter Expert certification for new employees; thereby maintaining an instructor pool exceeding 300 personnel. Coordinate with leadership and coaches assigned to personnel for the mitigation of training schedules for new instructors. Develop training for certified instructors that updates instructional methodologies to incorporate Adult Learning Theories. Manage the Course Coach/Mentor Program; identify and certify personnel to become coaches and provide follow-up training to ensure their success. Manage the Course Evaluation Program; ensuring evaluations are conducted within the company policies and the appropriate personnel are trained to conduct evaluations. Provide updated evaluation training and provide oversight for evaluator certification. Ensure Instructor Training Support Packages, to include Lesson Plans, PowerPoint Presentations, Job Aids, Practical Exercises, and Instructor Handouts for all tasks taught to instructors at the Human Intelligence Collectors’ Course are up-to-date, maintained IAW Army Policy and local SOP. Develop, plan, and implement milestones for new modular builds including the implementation of Pilot Modules; utilizing critical thinking, Analytical Tradecraft, Systems Approach to Training, and the ADDIE Model.
