Daily Duties at Jp Morgan Chase:

Manage team processing Mortgage Loan Modifications, DIL Foreclosure, Short Sales and 3rd party authorizations. Support offshore production operations (Manila, PH), establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI), achieve servicing standards (SLA), prepares capacity forecasting, cross train and line balance staff, manages Risk, monitor Vendor relations and champion Quality Assurance. Design and maintain Excel Production Reports, Scorecards, Operational Instructions, Reference Guides, Process flows and Control books. Participate in process improvement projects; collaborate with IT group performing systems testing for enhancements. Partner with HR for talent acquisition and resolution to personnel issues, incentive personal growth via development plans, recognize achievements, conduct annual performance appraisals, apply corrective action and dismissal process as appropriate. Conduct meetings, huddles, and one on one session. Monitor daily statistics and progress reports. Handle escalated customer inquiries and assure 100% satisfaction.
