As Director of Operations for the Kansas City office, I was charged with project amnagement and client relations. I scheduled personnel and engineering resourses to complete all engineering and surveying project within a specific time frame and within a define budget. I was also charged with creating work projections as well as forcasting client needs, as well as resource alocations.
