Asset Servicing Specialist for workouts, asset management, loss mitigation and final disposition. Served as a workout specialist for active loans through an FDIC Receivership. Also served as an ORE/REO workout specialist for loans that were in default or foreclosed prior to the closure by the Federal and State Regulators. Both positions in my tenure included loans of all types (mortgage real estate, consumer, commercial real estate, construction loans, vehicles, etc.)
