Diligently supported all underwriting activities of wholesale division providing clients with product options including ALT-A, Reduced Doc, SISA, Fannie, and Freddie. Utilized software and manual underwriting tools and methods to prepare documentation for Interest Only, Option Arms, Jumbo and niche products, piggy back seconds / HELOCS, and stand-alone second lien products.. Key Contributions: • Lending authority of $650,000. • Successfully contracted with Genworth, PMI, MGIC, and RMIC for delegated MI applications.
