Daily Duties at Spillane Consulting Associates:
Underwrite and Process client conventional and niche mortgage products. Assure investor requirements are met. Purchase, refinance and pre-approval programs. Strong knowledge of Fannie, Freddie and Affordable Housing guidelines applied to analysis and qualification of applications. Ensure compliance with regulations; Interact with all parties to transaction to ensure quality service and production goals. Appraisal review, employment and income analysis, asset and credit review and investigation of fraud flags. Perform multi-faceted Quality Assurance audits for employer’s mortgage lending and banking clients. Using extensive underwriting and mortgage knowledge performed post closing audits for Portfolio and Fannie Mae secondary market purchases. Summarize Referrals to Senior Management and Committee for review and recommend adequate remedies.
