Daily Duties at Metro Credit Union:

Served as lead underwriter and provided underwriting guidance for production line underwriters, performed all non-conforming and out of scope manual underwriting and served as QC resource for the department pre-funding and post-funding. Reviewed complex issues referred by line underwriters and other staff members. Served as production line underwriter for Agency, Portfolio and Mass Housing originations. Sign-off limit was $650,000 per file and $2,000,000 aggregate per borrower
