* Managed and administrate all Lucent's Telmex Purchase Orders throughout Mexico (National). No people in charge. * Understanding of scope of the customer Purchase Orders in order to estimate the amount of projects included and ensure their complete execution (talking in terms of budget that the Purchase Order covered). * Ability to understand, influence and analyze the project available budget to confirm business objectives are met. * Identify and plan strategies to address risks, cost and dependencies. * Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders; influence them on the purchase orders specific items (like when it is necessary to start requesting a new Purchase Order to the customer). * Evaluate and report progress in terms of quality and performance metrics. * Develop a strong understanding of the key business and financial drivers that determine the firm's success.
