Daily Duties at Naval Air Systems Command (Navair):
The NAVAIR Wide Area Network (NAVWAN) is one of NAVAIR’s private wide area networks. It was designed to provide a common, nation-wide, telecommunications backbone to link all of the NAVAIR business units in order to run business information systems. As the program manager, I provided the financial management, technical management, and personnel management activities necessary to build, operate, and maintain the corporate WAN.
