Daily Duties at 3 C Company Inc:
I was expected to create a brand new Business Intelligence / Data Integration Solutions practice from scratch for a small Pharma consulting company. I was accountable for Creation of the Practice, Solution creation (business & technical), solution methodology. Proposal creation, marketing, presentations to customers, project staffing, project management.,change management, budgets I managed a local team of USA-based users, analysts, developers, testers, totaling 4 at highest Successfully completed first two projects of the practice - budget of $750K USD
