I was expected to implement business & architecture solutions for client engagements for an existing Business Intelligence / Data Integration Solutions practice for a mid-tier global consulting company. I was accountable for architecting business & technical solutions to specific client problems including methodology. Proposal creation, marketing, presentations to customers, project staffing, technical design, project management.,change management, budgets I managed a local team of USA-based users, analysts, developers, testers, totaling 7 at highest Successfully completed first two projects of the practice - budget of $1 Million USD
