Daily Duties at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic:
Coordinate and maintain three healthcare grant-funded education programs for the ConneX Program: college, high school and middle school. Monitor federal HHS grant, expenditure, reporting, audits including Joint Commission. Monitor and report on other supporting grants including WA Department of Health. Hire, supervise and train staff for programs. Establish, develop and maintain partnerships with UW and other universities, 10 school districts and agencies. Develop and provide PR, program offerings, communications. Maintain database on 800 students. Organize curriculum and teaching tracks. Connect students to YVFWC medical and dental clinics and teach them clinical processes.
