Daily Duties at Alcatel Lucent, Mexico :

* Managed full-cycle National Telmex Mexico "Golf Region" Projects with an aggregate value of $10M across four states of the country (Several small projects with a duration of 3 to 5 days). Managed a team of an Installation Manager and a Installation Supervisor (who had 8 installation engineers in charge). * Manage day-to-day activities of development projects using Alcatel-Lucent methodologies * Effectively identify, report and work to clear any blockers that could put the project at risk. * Identify project dependencies and work with other Project Managers and teams to address them well within the project timeline. * Work with the Logistic team to determine project deliverables, milestones and duration. * Develop project plans, communicate status and expectations of project timelines to all levels of the organization. * Ensure proper level of documentation is delivered with each project. * Effectively manage both up and down to keep projects on strategy and on schedule. * Ability to develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations as needed. * Ability to estimate & define project scope, goals, staffing, plans, and deliverables. * Effectively manage team workflow and time tracking. * Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external (3rd party) organizations.
