Daily Duties at Acision Mexico :

* Manage 2 Batelco International projects (Bahamas Telecommunications Co.) with aggregate value of $1.4M to upgrade their messaging platform to support increased volume. Lead team of 2 engineers. * Responsible for developing overall project management strategy and working with discipline leads and project teams to execute on plans. * Initiate and drive project planning activities such as Statement of Work and Management (WBS, Project Change Control, SOW), Stakeholder Identification and matrix Human Resource Management, Risk & Issues Management, Communication Management, project financials, and regular project status reporting. * Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring resource estimates, overall project timeline, project milestones, task dependencies and critical path. * Control and track project performance in respect to Time, Cost, and Quality by constantly evaluating project progress, conducting regular team status meetings, reporting project status on periodic basis to management and the project team, executing and updating management plans as necessary, resolving issues and maintaining documentation. * Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed. * Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance * Able to interact with the different company departments (Business Unit, Product Management, R&D, Procurement, Logistics, Sales and Pre-Sales) to ensure a smoothly projects implementation and customer satisfaction. * Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior management on a regular basis; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels.
