* Managed full-cycle National and Day-To-Day programs for T-Mobile projects in USA with a team of Field Engineers across the USA, Puerto Rico and Hawaii for 3 MUSD a year (Note: the National Program has big projects with a duration of more than 10 working days to a month or two; and the Day-To-Day program was created to install small projects with a duration between 5 to 10 days). * Control and track project performance, time allocations, cost, and quality by constantly evaluating project progress and conducting regular team status meetings * Determine, monitor, and review all project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk * Create and maintain an effort-driven project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring: overall project timeline, project milestones, tasks, resources, task dependencies, and critical paths * Has a close relationship with the T-Mobile Field Engineers to have the project aligned to their requirements and changes. * Work very close with the Field Engineers making sure that they had site permissions, Statements of Work, Method of Procedures approvals and material delivered onsite. * Work with vendors, Contractors and subcontractors and aligned them with Internal and T-Mobile Field engineers during the project duration. * Take leadership role; act as a facilitator and mentor to other team members; facilitate collaboration/knowledge-sharing. * Apply judgment in tailoring methodologies, processes, and practices to specific requirements of programs/projects. * Collect from the Field Engineers and distributed the Close-Out documentation to the customer * Prepare the Day-To-Day program and National projects for Billing
