Daily Duties at Procera Networks:

* Affordable to conduct 4 national and 2 international projects (4 in USA, 1 in Canada and 1 in Trinidad and Tobago) with a team of 8 System Engineers (allocated in USA, Mexico and Sweden) for 200 kUSD in one quarter (the quarter I managed these projects). * Manage all aspects of project management and project lifecycles by effectively initiating, planning, scheduling, controlling, and bringing to closure multiple projects. * Ensure risk and issue process is executed to achieve project success. Reviews project risks and action plans, and escalates to appropriate level of management. * Lead and motivate other team members. Will assign projects and tasks to other project managers and/or members of the firm. * Identify alternative solutions when project plans hit roadblocks. * Oversee process to define scope of the project based on the business need in order to meet the customer's project expectations. * Responsible for delivering all projects on time, within budgets and meeting the strategic and business requirements. * Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments and reporting on project accomplishments and deliverables. * Responsible for managing project scope, resources, project reporting, conducting team meetings, and removing obstacles. * Implement strong program management practices (change requests, issue management, risk management and decision tracking) and contribute to standard client implementation methodologies and management best practices. * Assist sales team during opportunity assessment and proposal phases of the professional service process, particularly as it relates to deployment approach, timeline and deliverables.
