Assistant to the Executive Vice President of the West Region Planned and coordinated regional sales meetings, Regional Lead Team meetings, training, and Director meetings (as requested), including meals, amenities, literature, entertainment, presentations, hotel and travel Planned and coordinated special events i.e. CPhA Outlook, GNP/ICP Scholarship Golf Classic Member of the following event planning committees – GNP/ICP Scholarship Golf Classic, HMNMH Foundation 5k Run 2003 & 2004, Pharmacy Foundation Corporate Council, CPhA Educational Foundation Advisory Exhibitor Council, Frontier Toyota/HMNMH Drive Safe Golf Classic 2004, Providence Holy Cross Foundation Golf Classic 2006 Attended annual trade show and worked registration and as a CE proctor Produced the 2010 West Region Trade Show in Las Vegas Monitored correspondence, travel, calendar, and special projects on a daily basis as requested by the EVP Made travel arrangements for 5 people Submitted expense reports to Concur Maintained tracking reports to measure sales progress as requested by VP Completed training in HR personnel procedures --new hire requirements, benefits, payroll processing, etc
