• Responsible for PPO insurance billing on Practice Works program for MetLife, Aetna, Delta, Cigna, Humana, BCBS, Guardian, and more; financed patients through third-party financing companies. • Conducted benefit, and claim status verification for PPO, HMO, and DHMO plans. • Monitored patient accounts for delinquency; implement collection efforts as needed. • Maintained general ledger for weekly expenses; processed weekly payroll and annual taxes. • Acquired profound knowledge of prescriptions.
