Align field AEs with data-driven success factors to deliver productive time on task Work directly with Superintendent and Staff to drive appropriate solutions for district wide education solutions and improvement to “Teaching and Learning” Understand and drive Political issues with School Boards and Public representatives Focus company resources strictly on executive-level communications Set clear objectives for each AE to take full responsibility for his or her contribution to the team and company Use statistical analysis to deliver quarterly forecast/pipeline accuracy improvement of +/- 5% of Sales Quota. This data is provided twice a week to upper management for correct predictability of moving business Leveraged company objectives and marketing initiatives to align our specific sales message Developed an ROI model based on target, objective and percentage of return over 24 months for business investment Developed a leadership team to direct activities and focus to deliver active engagements for each AE Consistently drive high percentage of my direct Sales Team to Quota achievement
