Daily Duties at La Care Healthplan:

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Strategic Initiatives recruited to create and launch LA Care’s Project Management Office. Led the design and implementation of a course of direction for management of strategic programs and projects and, the prioritization of key projects aligned with the corporate mission, goals and objectives. Effectively led and managed project teams, and project execution. Worked closely with business stakeholders and Information Technology team to scope, design and execute projects effectively. Responsible for the review of all business processes in the organization, including documentation and recommendation to gain efficiencies for each division.
