Daily Duties at Medversant Technologies, Inc.:

Reporting to the Sr. VP of Product Development, responsible for establishing essential link between Medversant’s IT and Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO), Licensing, and Clients. Directly lead all Credentialing and Licensing Operations, Customer and Technical Support, Account Management, Training, and Client Implementations Project Management Office divisions. Responsible for the review of all business processes in the organization, and streamlining the credentialing verification unit’s processes resulting in increased physician/hospital profile returns to clients. Led global deployment of a SaaS credentialing verification system developed in C#.Net/SQL Server and processed 35% of the licensed physicians/surgeons and 15% of the accredited hospitals/ancillary facilities throughout the US for Medversant’s client base. Oversaw and managed the systems updates; averaging 4 major functionality updates per year, reflecting business shifts and expanded capabilities. Modules included: provider credentialing data collection portal, credentialing, scheduling, licensing, and virtual review committee. Effectively led and managed project teams, and project execution. Worked closely with Business and Client stakeholders, and Information Technology team to scope, design and execute project effectively.
