Daily Duties at Wells Fargo:
• Worked on FHA loan documentation and adhered to guidelines. • Responsible for coordinating loan documents with customers for underwriter review including credit reports and subordinate agreements. • Ensured documents were within compliance and satisfied conditions set forth by underwriting team. • Responsible for contacting outside agencies including the IRS , Title Companies, attorneys and insurance companies to obtain required documentation to complete file review.
