Daily Duties at Retreat Capital Management:

• Responsible for Quality Assurance reviews for Approval and Closer phases of REO and DIL loans. • To ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction • Acted as a liaison for process updates from Client and kept team updated on changes. • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for department and assisted with training of analyst on process changes. • Assisted management team with reviewing files for analysts and being point of contact for assistance and help. • Review various documentation, correspondence, and loan level attributes to ensure compliance with program eligibility, Investor guidelines, Insurer guidelines, and regulatory guidelines, in order to avoid potential risk. Provide clear and concise written • Maintain a level of quality and accuracy at or above peers. • Provide clear and concise written review and feedback. • Adhere to company policies and procedures in order avoid potential risk exposure. • Perform routine perform duties independently, discuss and seek approval on material matters with management. • Maintain confidentiality of review findings, customer data, and company propriety information , Special Project for FHA Claims.
