Direct overall activities by providing strategic direction and leadership of the customer service center. Lead operation to achieve annual financial, customer and employee goals Revenue consist of over $22M 270 hourly union employees 25 management and none union administration employees Servicing 12 airline customer, president and other diplomatic flights Retain a $16M at risk customer and account Assess present and future trends ,problem and opportunities Lead the vision of the Business Improvement Team (BIT) Provide direction and leadership to CSC HR & Business Improvement Team to achieve goals via employee teamwork Oversee the implementation of plans and policies Develop and oversee the implementation of Lean six (6) sigma and best practices Promote development of future leaders through coaching and company programs Coach and develop staff - demonstrate role model behavior Meet or exceed customer metrics Ensure that all employees under my operational control comply with all customer , government, corporate policies and procedures (FDA,USDA , HACCP, OSHA , Customs Bonded) Responsible for 12 operational departments Measurements - Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Financial Productivity Food cost & other product cost Days on hand (DOH) Quality Score (GQS) Frequency and severity of work hours Retention Absenteeism rate Staff turn over 360 feedback People development/ succession planning GPS-System/Performance Management Process
