Daily Duties at Naval Forces, U.S. Southern Command:

Led the development of the Forward Operating Location (FOL) in Comalapa, El Salvador. Oversaw the development of operational, construction designs, berthing, force protection, administrative and communications requirements for the Comalapa FOL. Coordinated the approval and funding with the U.S. Embassy, Salvadoran officials, OSD, U.S. Southern Command, the Navy Department and Joint Interagency Task Force South.
