Daily Duties at Pentafour Software:
Operations Management of a large Data center with IBM ES/9000, AS/400, Dec Alpha, HP 9000, Solaris, AIX. In charge of System Administrators and Database administrators of DB2, Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, Informix and Ingress. Enabled Call tracking, Incident measurement with appropriate governance structure and Metrics Process Standardization and Process Harmonization. Knowledge management with knowledge management index and tracking for knowledge management efectiveness Incident Management and Changemanagement
