Daily Duties at Town Sports International:
-Role model in promoting Town Sports International mission, values and guiding principles by motivating and supporting the club team, ensuring employee and member engagement. -Developed and train sales staff and management teams resulting in increased sales, revenue profit and member satisfaction at three different facilities. -Developed clubs incentive performance plan which motivated staff and resulted in average of 12% increase in sales at all three clubs. -Trained, coached, and mentored (management and sales force) to ensure smooth adoption of new company initiatives. -Worked directly with outside businesses, clients, and management to achieve year end profits, increase membership count, and improve staff retention. Contributed in the roll out of several key company wide initiatives that help to improve company's profit margin. -Surpassed revenue goals four years in a row. -Defined strategy and business plan to develop business partnerships that helped to increase the company's revenue stream. -Hired and trained 300+staff throughout my tenure.
