Prepared background paper for distribution at the Dialogue Forum on Sustainable Energies for Industries in Cancún, Mexico; researched and compiled an input paper on green policy instruments, namely on existing green taxes and subsidies used to curb carbon emissions in Brazil, South Africa, India, and China; researched best practices on energy efficient industries in the U.S.; awarded the HBF International Short-Term Fellowship to Berlin, Germany; conduct research projects related to HBF’s Transatlantic Climate Network Policy Group; oversaw the Midwest Green Job Tour by providing. research, planning, and logistical support to the project manager while he was away from the Washington, DC office. • Assist with research projects, including drafting a policy paper related to policies on energy, climate, and environment towards a low-carbon economy
