Also served as operations/underwriting personnel trainer. Worked closely with internal QC and secondary marketing departments. Trained and developed a large team of over 40 operations/underwriting personnel which improved client relationships. Assisted in development of second level review process which improved accuracy and ultimately increased profitability.
