Daily Duties at Weston Foods Inc:

My role as owner operator was to service the Major Grocery chains with my three brands of products. I made a commission only in this role and owned my own vehicles and controlled all the finances. My role was to inventory what was on the selves in the store, conduct market analysis, adjust product mix based on what sold best and replenish the store selves. My role was also to promote the products and brands by negotiating promotion with the store GM. My primary function was to keep the stores stocked and ensure the better selling items had a presence in the store at all times. The annual sales were 458K when I purchased the franchise. Sales reached 1.3 million per year under my leadership.
