Conducted research funded by NIH, focusing on genome wide identification of novel targets for evolutionary conserved transcription factor Dmrt1 (Doublesex- and MAB-3-related), critical for male fertility.  Directed training to rotation, graduate students, and research associate personnel on basic laboratory methods of molecular biology and histopathology.  Supervised research projects performed by graduate students in Prof. Heckert Laboratory.  Performed regular research paper presentations and discussions to the Journal Club of Prof. Heckert Laboratory.  Originated and wrote manuscripts and grants.
