Daily Duties at Computer Horizons Inc:

I was expected to create a brand new Business Intelligence / Data Integration Solutions practice from scratch for a mid-tier global consulting company. I was accountable for Creation of the Practice, Solution creation (business & technical), solution methodology. Proposal creation, marketing, presentations to customers, project staffing, project management.,change management, budgets I managed a local and remote team of USA-based users, analysts, developers, testers, totaling 20 at highest Successfully completed first two projects of the practice - budget of $2 Million USD
