I was expected to drive innovation and create a new vision via the development, and production implementation of New Global Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing / Reporting / Analyics Solutions to address existing internal business gaps across EACH of the following functional workflows: Clinical Development, Operations, Administrative, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Affiliates, Claims Analysis. I was accountable / responsible for systems & applications such as Electronic Data Capture, Clinical Data Management, Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), Clinical Data Repositories (CDR), Drug Safety. I was accountable / responsible for activities such as Strategic Planning, Business Case / Proposal / ROI development, Business Process Re-engineering, Business Requirements Gathering, Technical Design, Data and Application Integration, Master Data Management, Standards, Data Governance, Architecture, External Partner Interfaces, Change Management, Vendor Management, Budgets, Project Management . I managed a Virtual International (USA, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, South America, India) team of users, analysts, developers, testers, totaling 27 at highest Had budgetary oversight of ~40M CHF budget
