Daily Duties at Oracle:

I was expected to drive innovation and create a new vision via the marketing, development, and production implementation of a new Product to address existing gaps across the Clinical Development / Analytics, Reporting Pharma E2E functional workflow. The business goal is to shorten duration of Trials and get clean data to the Analytics group faster, thus providing for quicker submissions to regulatory authorities. Oracle would generate revenue by selling / licensing / installing the product to Pharma / Life Sciences customers. Oracle Customers would use the product to reduce their costs and duration of conducting Trials - resulting in drug products approved by Regulatory Authorities (ie FDA) faster and getting to market faster I was Accountable / Responsible for Strategic Planning & Direction, Business Requirements Gathering, Technical Design, Architecture, Marketing, External Partner Interfaces, Data Integration, Standards, Master Data Management, Security, Hosting Readiness, Change Management, Vendor Management I managed a Virtual International (USA, India) team of developers, testers, and Marketing resources totaling 17
