Daily Duties at Target Corpration:

Champion a fast, fun and friendly team culture throughout the entire store. Use my business, leadership and people skills to inspire exceptional performance and maximize sales and profits for the store. Ensure great service and team member satisfaction. Create a fast pace, energetic environment that delivers a consistent brand experience for both team members and guests. Lead all staffing process: proactively plan for hiring needs to ensure the store is staffed in all work centers. Develop a strong training culture and make sure company tools and programs are consistently implemented. Knowledge of turnover expectations and can assemble effective action plans. Adhere to all legal standards in areas of compliance and training. Ensure recognition of great performance is consistently supported and given to all team members. Coordinated work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor and employee relations. Handled understaffing, disputes, terminating employees and administering disciplinary procedures. Organized and led staff orientation and training to promote collaboration. Resolved employment-related disputes through proactive communication. Served as company representative at recruitment and community volunteer events to promote company objectives. Represented organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
