• Supervise three direct reports and communicate regularly with operational and development team. The organization has 3 corporate entities and 24 affordable-housing properties throughout Colorado and Wyoming. • Manage financial reporting and compliance requirements for 501c3 nonprofits, U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD), U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. Compliance includes bond issues, mortgages, development, construction, partnership and regulatory agreements. • Oversee audits and the preparation of tax returns for 26 separately incorporated entities which include OMB A-133 audits, 990 and 1065 tax returns.. • Manage banking and investment relationships for all subsidiaries and programs with more than $122M in combined assets, and total cash and investment portfolio of approximately $23M.
