Daily Duties at Hoover Treated Wood Products Inc.:
My duties included managing accounting functions for four plants located in the United States. I prepared monthly financial statements and implemented and maintained internal controls as well as supervising an accounting staff of four. I was in charge of letters of credit for shipments to China. Other duties included preparing internal reports for the Corporate Controller as well as general bookkeeping and tax reporting for out-of-state locations, Managed and reviewed quarterly physical inventory.
