Daily Duties at Engage Point :
Serve as Lead SI PMO program manager, overseeing all project activities and technical strategic planning. I create the roadmap, then lead the team to delivering the holistic product. This includes resource forecasting and holistic program planning and release management. I report directly to the VP of operations.
