Coordinate the activities of 20 hardware, software, and RF engineers to deliver the Wireless Integration solutions. Maintain scheduled activities of the team across multiple sites. Manage the schedules, expenses, and workload across multiple programs to deliver on-time and under budget. Work closely with the Program Managers to identify areas of risk, potential improvements to the design, weekly status, and issues that may affect the schedule. Work with the other Engineering Project Managers to ensure that all of the teams are aware of issues and help define any alternatives that will meet every team’s deliverables. Define additional tools and processes to reduce the effort in calculating program status.
