Daily Duties at Schneider Electric:
Lead the electronic team responsible for developing residential and low voltage electronic circuit breakers. Drive the team of hardware, firmware, test, and customer support engineers to deliver quality products on-time while meeting all safety requirements and product requirements. Coordinated activities with the marketing team to define the products, drive execution of the development, maintain certifications for the products, and support customer issues identified to the team. Develop a global arc fault center of competency by expanding the knowledge base to teams in China and France. Manage resource allocations as the roadmap changes to meet the needs of the business.
