Maintaining all system documentation and updating the departments work flow complying with the organizations Business Continuity Program (BCP). Developing deployment schedules for system maintenance and upgrades. Configuration and monitoring all systems ensuring compliance with Payment Card Information Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Providing detailed reports on system health and availability to upper management. Ensuring proper system segregation and access controls to sensitive data. Support all remote office connections utilizing site-to-site vpn Ensure proper employee access was controlled using role based security model.
