Engaged government leaders and secured State of Ohio formulary status for 2 products, resulting in national civic award. Developed and maintained relationships with key decision makers—in business, healthcare, and government—to launch new products, secure formulary status, and grow brand dominance throughout Central Ohio. Designed business development and marketing strategies and programs to capitalize on existing and emerging opportunities, leveraging deep market, industry, and competitor analysis to fuel best practices-based approaches. Served in specialty roles as field trainer and associate recruiter, playing a critical role in the onboarding and development of the company’s future sales leaders. Managed all projects from concept to completion, reported progress through detailed reports, and maintained efficient and effective administrative systems. Successfully promoted prescriptions to PED, ALG, ENT, PUD, IM, GE, NP, PA, Hospitals, Prisons, and Medicaid accounts. Responsible for taking branded pharmaceutical products and promoting them in an ethical manner to physicians in Central Ohio. As a therapeutical specialist I was responsible for creating product demand through education, speaker programs, office based lunch & learn programs, and with physician associations. Responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with key opinion leaders and developing them into speakers or national advisory board members.
